Create your own custom search portal for free home updates

The search portal is very easy to set up, and it will keep reports of all your searches  along with tracking your favorites, possibles and rejected properties.    Once you sign up you will receive a notification by email with your new password.   Just click on the Create Portal to begin.

It's as easy as 1-2-3.  

To receive FREE e-mail notification on properties, follow instructions below

1. Enter your user name and email address 
2. Click on Sign up button
3. Log in with your user name and password sent to you and start setting up your seaches  that meet your  your  criteria.  If you need help watch the video provided.  The video will also  explain new features on the property searches.

Once you sign on and set up your search criteria and click on Daily E-Mail Updates you will automatically be emailed a notification when new properties meeting your search criteria are entered on the Shasta MLS, your portal will automatically update and send you the new listings.    It's simple and best of all it's FREE.
